Hello, I am so happy to see you here! My name is Cara Bowen and I am the founder and owner of Bowen Arrow Chewelry. (I am sure you now see my clever little play on words) I started my small shop on Instagram back in November of 2020, just a year after giving birth to my first born son Sawyer. Becoming a Mom inspired this hobby that over the last two years has truly become a passion of mine. As a parent, you always want the very best for your baby, as well as the confidence in knowing what they’re putting in their mouth is completely safe and free of any chemicals or toxins. Knowing I can now give that confidence and sense of security to other parents out there is the best feeling.

I don’t know about you, but as a Mom of two young boys, pacifier clips have always been an absolute must have, which is why they were the very first accessory we ever launched. As a first time mom, we tried several different pacifier clips. Silicone bead clips consistently remained our favorite, as the clip itself could also be utilized as a teether. Over the last 2 years, now a Mom of two precious little boys, it is safe to say these clips have saved me a countless number of trips to the sink and temper tantrums from lost or dropped pacifiers while out and about.

Before starting Bowen Arrow Chewelry however, I often found myself searching the internet for different pacifier clips and other safe teething options out on the market, while questioning their quality. This is when I decided that the only way to be sure that what I was giving them was safe, was to create them myself where I could source all my own inventory from the safest and highest quality materials out there. All of our teething accessories are handmade using 100% food grade silicone, free of BPA, lead, phthalates and cadmium, as well as all natural and completely untreated wood, both sourced from within the US.

Of course having access to all of my own inventory also meant that I could create these adorable teething accessories for my own boys whenever I wanted, to match with every outfit, which of course I also didn’t mind!
